A really warm welcome on arrival from Angela who ran through all must knows from the safety of the patio due to COVID restrictions. Everything was as I expected but more besides, the real welcoming touches that settle you in immediately and I really not need to bring anything with as essentials where supplied. The property is situated in a ideal location for getting around either up to Bempton cliffs or striking out in either direction towards Flamborough and Bridlington or north towards Filey and Scarborough. The patio at the back has great views over the fields and the properties well tended garden and stunning pond. In warmer weather there are plenty of places to sit in garden to just chill or chat. Would I stay again ….! Most certainly ….! it’s a lovely place to chill or get out and about. And a welcome to come back for. Thank you for a great stay.👍🏻
